Information on data protection and privacy
Last updated: 15 August 2026
The following notes provide a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data comprises all data with which you can be personally identified. Detailed information on the subject of data protection can be found in our privacy policy listed below this text.
Who is responsible for data collection on this website?
The data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. Their contact details can be found in the section "Information on the Responsible Party" in this privacy policy.
How do we collect your data?
On the one hand, your data is collected by you communicating it to us. This may, for example, be data that you enter in a contact form.
Other data is collected automatically or after your consent when visiting the website by our IT systems. This is primarily technical data (e.g., internet browser, operating system, or time of the page view). This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter this website.
What do we use your data for?
Part of the data is collected to ensure that the website is provided error-free. Other data may be used to analyze your user behavior.
What rights do you have regarding your data?
You have the right to receive information about the origin, recipient, and purpose of your stored personal data free of charge at any time. You also have the right to request the correction or deletion of this data. If you have given your consent to data processing, you can revoke this consent at any time for the future. Furthermore, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data under certain circumstances. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
When visiting this website, your surfing behavior can be statistically evaluated. This is primarily done with so-called analysis programs. Detailed information on these analysis programs can be found in the following privacy policy.
We use the service "Cloudflare". The provider is Cloudflare Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (hereinafter "Cloudflare").
Cloudflare offers a globally distributed Content Delivery Network with DNS. Technically, the transfer of information between your browser and our website is routed via the Cloudflare network. This enables Cloudflare to analyze the data traffic between your browser and our website and to serve as a filter between our servers and potentially malicious traffic from the internet. Cloudflare may also use cookies or other technologies to recognize internet users, which are, however, used solely for the purpose described here.
The use of Cloudflare is based on our legitimate interest in providing our web offer as error-free and secure as possible (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
Data transfer to the USA is based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission. Details can be found here: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.
The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.
We would like to point out that data transmission on the internet (e.g., when communicating by email) can have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
The responsible party for data processing on this website is:
Daki Hosting
Niclas Specht
Schulstraße 6a
98597 Breitungen
Germany
Email: support@daki.cc
The responsible party is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data (e.g., names, email addresses, etc.).
Unless a more specific storage period has been specified in this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for data processing no longer applies. If you assert a justified request for deletion or revoke consent to data processing, your data will be deleted unless we have other legally permissible reasons for storing your personal data (e.g., tax or commercial retention periods); in the latter case, the deletion takes place after these reasons have ceased to exist.
We use tools from companies based in the USA or other third countries that are not secure under data protection law. If these tools are active, your personal data may be transferred to these third countries and processed there. We point out that no level of data protection comparable to that of the EU can be guaranteed in these countries.
Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke consent already given at any time. The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
IF THE DATA PROCESSING IS CARRIED OUT ON THE BASIS OF ART. 6 PARA. 1 LIT. E OR F GDPR, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA AT ANY TIME FOR REASONS ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION; THIS ALSO APPLIES TO PROFILING BASED ON THESE PROVISIONS.
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or inquiries that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
Our internet pages use so-called "cookies". Cookies are small data packets and do not cause any damage to your end device. They are stored either temporarily for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (permanent cookies) on your end device.
Necessary cookies are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the storage of cookies for the technically error-free and optimized provision of its services. If consent has been requested, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of this consent.
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are: Browser type/version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request, IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources.
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, email, or phone, your details from the inquiry, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
You can register on this website to use additional functions on the site. We only use the data entered for this purpose for the purpose of using the respective offer or service for which you have registered.
We use the Google Tag Manager. The provider is Google Ireland Limited. The Google Tag Manager is a tool that allows us to integrate tracking or statistical tools and other technologies on our website. The Google Tag Manager itself does not create user profiles, does not store cookies, and does not carry out any independent analyses. It only serves to manage and play out the tools integrated via it.
This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Ireland Limited. Google Analytics enables the website operator to analyze the behavior of website visitors. The use of this service is based on your consent according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an email address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the specified email address and that you agree to receive the newsletter. Further data is not collected or only on a voluntary basis.
This website integrates videos from YouTube. The operator of the pages is Google Ireland Limited. We use YouTube in extended privacy mode. According to YouTube, this mode means that YouTube does not store any information about visitors to this website before they watch the video.
This site uses Font Awesome for the uniform representation of fonts. Font Awesome is installed locally. No connection to servers of Fonticons, Inc. takes place.
We collect, process, and use personal customer and contract data for the establishment, content design, and modification of our contractual relationships. We only collect, process, and use personal data about the use of this website (usage data) insofar as this is necessary to enable the user to use the service or to bill for it.
We integrate payment services from third-party companies on our website. When you make a purchase from us, the selected payment service provider receives the data required to process the transaction. Depending on the payment method, this may include your name and contact details, billing information, payment amount, account or card details, wallet address, transaction identifiers, IP address, and fraud-prevention or identity-verification data. Payment providers may process this information as independent controllers in accordance with their own privacy policies and may be required to retain transaction data under financial, tax, anti-money-laundering, or other legal obligations. The processing is necessary to perform the contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR), to comply with legal obligations (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR), and, where applicable, for fraud prevention and payment security based on legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
This section applies to every Discord application, integration, and bot operated by Daki Hosting, irrespective of its individual application name, bot name, or application ID (collectively, the "Daki Bots"). The Daki Bots provide community administration, moderation and security, verification, support and ticketing, role and access management, service notifications, and related automation. Discord makes the relevant data available to the Daki Bots through its API when a bot has been added to a server and has the required permissions. Discord processes data independently under its Privacy Policy.
Depending on the Daki Bot and the features enabled in a server, we may process:
The Daki Bots use only the Discord Gateway Intents required for their respective functions. Where necessary, this may include the following privileged intents:
We process Discord data to provide requested bot and community functions, administer Daki services, respond to support requests, enforce server rules, detect spam, fraud, abuse, and security threats, maintain reliable operation, and comply with legal obligations. Processing is based on the performance of a contract or steps requested by the user (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR), our legitimate interests in operating and protecting our services and Discord communities (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR), compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR), or consent where consent is the appropriate legal basis (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).
Presence information and message content are processed transiently by default and discarded after the relevant function has been performed. Message content is stored only when this is required for a user-requested support ticket, moderation or security evidence, or a specifically configured logging function. Discord identifiers, role mappings, server settings, and similar operational records are retained only while the relevant feature, membership, or service remains active. Data that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised as soon as reasonably possible and normally within 30 days, unless a longer period is necessary for an active support or moderation case, the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims, contractual or statutory retention duties, or security and abuse investigations.
Access to stored Discord data is restricted to authorised persons and systems that require it for the purposes described above. We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls, protected systems, and encryption in transit. We do not sell Discord data, use it for third-party advertising, or disclose it to third parties except where necessary to operate the service through contracted infrastructure providers, comply with the law, protect rights and safety, or with the user's or server administrator's instruction or consent.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data processed by the Daki Bots by contacting support@daki.cc. Please include your Discord user ID and, where relevant, the server or ticket concerned so that we can identify the applicable records. You may also stop future bot interactions by leaving the relevant server or asking a server administrator to remove the bot or disable the feature. Deletion requests are fulfilled unless retention is required or permitted by law; deleting data required for a feature may prevent that feature from continuing to operate for you.
